Let\u2019s build a snowman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

His nose will be straight and round;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

His arms thick and strong;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And his eyes made of lustrous obsidian,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gleaming under the winter sun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

Let\u2019s build a snowman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

His body shall be a snowball,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That will be rolled in snow for three days and three nights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

His head, a crown so tall,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this creation’s towering height.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

Let\u2019s build a snowman,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The snowball leaves its mark,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As it engulfs all in its path.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Soon the snowball grows large<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But soon, on the third hour, I submit<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To winter\u2019s looming presence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

Let\u2019s build a snowman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

His nose, carefully dug from the frozen earth,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Is crooked like that of a witch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

His eyes, dark gems stolen from a pirate\u2019s treasure,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Surely to bring the snowman to life,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Are dull and askew.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

How can I build a snowman<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When each gust of wind presses me to my knees?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I wrestle away his arms to aid my failing legs,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And trudge across the barren wasteland<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Towards an enclosure I call home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

Let\u2019s build a snowman<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this vast, featureless land,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Where our footprints vanish in winter\u2019s hands.<\/p>\n
